You do not need to create an account to place an order at JoJo Vault. You can check out as a guest.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please make sure your email address, shipping address, and payment information are correct before completing checkout.
Payments are processed securely through the available payment methods shown at checkout. JoJo Vault does not store your full payment card information.
Some of our rings are designed as adjustable open rings, which means they can be gently adjusted for a more flexible fit.
Please adjust open rings slowly and carefully. Do not forcefully bend, over-expand, or repeatedly adjust the ring, as this may damage the structure or finish.
To keep your ring in good condition, avoid wearing it while showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Keep it away from water, sweat, perfume, alcohol, lotions, and chemicals. Store it in a dry place and gently wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing.
Normal wear, oxidation, surface changes, or minor scratches from use are not considered product defects.

Please include your order number, return reason, and clear photos of the item. If your return request is approved by email, you must ship the return package within 3 days after receiving our approval.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as received, and returned with the original packaging. Items that have been worn, used, scratched, bent, damaged, altered, adjusted incorrectly, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.
Shipping costs, transaction fees, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or other suitable solution.
Product photos are taken under specific lighting and camera conditions. Due to lighting, screen settings, hand-finishing details, and the reflective nature of metal jewelry, the item you receive may look slightly different from the photos.
Minor differences in color tone, shine, texture, and small handcrafted details are normal and are not considered defects.

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery usually takes 5–15 business days, depending on your destination country, local customs, and logistics conditions.
