These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through JoJo Vault (“we,” “us,” or “our”) on https://liliana-jojo.store.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms of Purchase, as well as our Privacy & Terms, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and any other policies published on our website.

Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order with JoJo Vault, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date;
  • you are legally allowed to use the payment method provided;
  • your purchase is for personal use and not for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized resale purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if we believe the order may involve fraud, incorrect information, payment risk, policy abuse, or any activity that may harm our store, customers, or payment partners.


Product Information

We make every effort to display product photos, descriptions, prices, sizes, and details as accurately as possible.

However, due to lighting, screen settings, photography conditions, metal reflections, and handcrafted or hand-finished details, the item you receive may look slightly different from the photos.

Minor differences in color tone, shine, texture, surface detail, or finish are normal and are not considered product defects.

Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and specifications may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Our products are unofficial tribute designs and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any original copyright holders, trademark owners, studios, publishers, or licensors.

All character names, series names, and related references belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the inspiration and theme of the products.


Orders and Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Receiving an order confirmation email does not mean that your order has been fully accepted or shipped. We may still review, cancel, or refuse an order if there is an issue with payment, product availability, shipping information, suspected fraud, or policy compliance.

If we cancel your order before shipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.


Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed on our website and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for reviewing the total order amount, shipping details, and payment information before completing checkout.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout. JoJo Vault does not store your full payment card information.

If your payment is declined, incomplete, reversed, flagged, or suspected of being unauthorized, we reserve the right to cancel or hold the order until the issue is resolved.


Shipping and Delivery

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

After shipment, estimated delivery usually takes 5–15 business days, depending on your destination country, local customs, and logistics conditions.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather, local carrier delays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Please carefully check your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, postal code, apartment number, and country before placing an order.

If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, JoJo Vault may not be responsible for refunding or reshipping the order.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges depending on the destination country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price unless clearly stated otherwise.

JoJo Vault is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid import fees.


Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations within 12 hours after purchase, as long as the order has not been processed, packed, shipped, or entered production.

Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or entered production, it can no longer be canceled.

If your cancellation request is approved before processing, we will refund your order to the original payment method.


Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty-related issues are governed by our Return Policy.

You may request a return within 3 days after receiving your item, subject to our return conditions.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as received, and returned with the original packaging.

Items that have been worn, used, scratched, bent, damaged, altered, adjusted incorrectly, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and transaction fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.


Adjustable Ring Notice

Some of our rings are designed as adjustable open rings.

Adjustable rings should be adjusted gently and carefully. Do not forcefully bend, over-expand, or repeatedly adjust the ring, as this may damage the structure, shape, or finish.

Damage caused by improper adjustment, forced resizing, bending, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect and may not be covered by returns or warranty.


Jewelry Care

To keep your jewelry in good condition, please avoid contact with water, sweat, perfume, alcohol, lotions, chemicals, and harsh cleaning products.

We recommend removing your ring before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or doing heavy manual work.

Normal wear, oxidation, color changes, surface scratches, or finish changes may occur over time and are not considered product defects.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JoJo Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your purchase, use of our website, use of our products, shipping delays, customs delays, or inability to use the product.

Our maximum liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
