Order Processing Time

Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Please carefully check your:

- shipping address
- apartment or unit number
- phone number

- city, state/province, postal code, and country
before placing your order.
If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, JoJo Vault may not be responsible for refunding or reshipping the order.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges depending on the destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price unless clearly stated otherwise.
JoJo Vault is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, unpaid customs fees, or import restrictions.
If a package is returned because the customer refuses to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees, shipping costs and related fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us at:

We will review the issue based on the tracking information and carrier status.
If a package is still in transit, we may need to wait for the carrier’s final update before offering a solution. For packages that have not reached the destination for an extended period, we will review replacement, refund, or compensation options after sufficient logistics investigation.
JoJo Vault is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing after delivery. In such cases, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, front desk, mailbox, or delivery location.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Customers are responsible for receiving their packages in a timely manner.
If a package is returned due to refusal, failure to claim, incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, JoJo Vault may not be responsible for refunding shipping costs or reshipping the order.
Any additional reshipping fees may be the responsibility of the customer.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 12 hours after purchase, as long as the order has not been processed, packed, shipped, or entered production.
Once an order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or entered production, it can no longer be canceled.
